The park has a great location on the Inter coastal waterway, and within walking distance of Surf City Beach. However, the park itself is seriously run down and dirty. When we were there the laundry was not open due to mechanical malfunction, and was not expected to open in the foreseeable future. The roads were very rough with potholes, which filled when it rained. The sites were muddy so it was impossible to keep our rig clean. We would not camp here again.

The RV park is OK, however, the sites are quite narrow. The biggest complaint is that the railroad track, Amtrak and freight, border the park. The sites on the west side of the park back up to the trestle.

When I reserved at this campground I requested a full hook-up, but when I arrived with nearly full holding tanks I discovered they only had water and electric sites available. Had I known I would have arrived with empty tanks. I selected this particular park because they advertised 'high speed Wi-Fi' available. In reality, the Wi-Fi was very poor to non-existant and always slow. Due to the encroaching trees, our site was barely wide enough for our 40' motorhome once parked and the trees made getting into the space very difficult. Consequently, we scratched the rig accessing the site. Additionally, we had to back out of the dump station to avoid scratching the rig on the surrounding trees. We won't camp here again.

We stayed at Santa Fe Skies for a month while working on a Habitat for Humanity build. The management was friendly and helpful. They allowed the Build Team to have a BBQ/Potluck on the patio and use of the kitchen and clubhouse. The facilities are quite clean and the views are spectacular. The only negative is some of the office folks were unfamiliar with the RV site requirements. The nightly rate is based on the monthly rate.

We were very pleased with this friend, well-maintained park located adjacent to a beautiful, challenging golf course. Lonnie & Linda, the camp hosts, were friends and accommodating. The WiFi was strong and reliable, the water pressure was excellent, the restrooms, showers and laundry were spotless, and the price was right. They offer great golf deals to folks staying in the RV park. Only drawback was no shade. We will return to this park.

This very lovely and friendly RV park is tucked away behind an auto sales lot. It is one of the few RV parks in Redding this is not located adjacent to a freeway so is pretty quiet. The railroad is about a block away, but did not bother us. We were here during a terrible heat wave (109 degrees) so were compelled to moved to a higher elevation, otherwise we would have stayed longer. We will return when next in the area.

This is a lovely park with great opportunities for walking and biking within the park and nearby. The sites are ample if not generous. The only negative was the occasional aroma from either the landfill over the hill or the reclaimed water irrigation.

This park is located on the east side of Tucson on the Pantano Wash. It is within walking distance of services and restaurants, and is near the Old Spanish Trail bike route and Saguaro National Park. The park is very quiet and is devoted primarily to park models occupied by seasonal seniors, but RVers are welcome. RVers are concentrate the north area of the park.
